Authenticates a user by validating their login credentials. Supply username and password as query parameters to attempt login; the password is sent as clear text. The response contains a string with the login result.

Error handling
A 400 is returned when the supplied username or password is invalid. The username query parameter identifies the account, and the password query parameter supplies its login password.
